Safety Induction | Orientation Training - Through Audio & Video

We use innovative digital technology to impart effective training programs which is an important aspect to enforce clear objectives for a safe working environment.

RKIPL has developed specific presentations to demonstrate High Standard safety practices & Awareness covering multiple scenarios like Permit to work system, working at heights, Hot Work, Safe Material handling, Importance of safety barricading, Importance of Full body harness, good practices while working on scaffold etc.

This Induction training procedure has 10 stages and is designed to educate our employees/workmen about Project emergency procedures, site rules & regulations, safety management plan, importance of incident and hazard reporting and other important aspects of RKIPL’s project operations.

Apart from standard induction process we also conduct regular trainings such as

• Job specific Training
• Special practical mock trainings, and periodic emergency mock drills etc.

Employee safety identity | Passport Card

This safety passport is more than an ID card, which includes particulars of trainings history, mandatory personal details with blood group and acceptance to RKIPL’s HSEQ Policy, rules & regulations.

Colour-coded equipment tracking

Introduction of color codes stickers to the full body harnesses, and other portable Electrical equipment’s which not only account for each life-saving device but also makes its periodic inspection mandatory and brings in efficient control.

Purpose-designed site equipment

With our vast experienced we have implemented and designed our site equipment’s in such a way, which not only serve the purpose but also contributes innovation to create a safe workplace.

Examples - Fire Point Trolly, Safety Document Holder, Cable Hanger, PPE Parks with Mannequin, CCTV Surveillance across all project sites to have a third eye on daily project operations for timely prevention of unsafe acts / conditions, and also monitor the execution quality standards.
