Founder
A visionary filled with tons of humility, values, integrity, and a drive to be self-reliant. His entrepreneurship journey started in 1982 by providing engineering goods and services to the diverse industrial belt in Navi Mumbai. His reputation of staying true to his morals has been a source of inspiration for the entire RKIPL family. Today he finds happiness in the success of his company and continues to be a force to reckon with.

A corporate honcho with more than 40 years of experience, who has led from the top with several success stories of turning around multinational companies in India as well as APAC. His erstwhile stints of Managing Director and Senior Vice President positions are a testimony to his visionary acumen. Managing Director
A passionate, genius civil engineer and exemplary entrepreneur. He took over the reins in 1992 and set path to revolutionize the business strategy & approach over the last three decades.
